How do I collect CME/CEU Certificates?

You must complete select evaluation(s) below to obtain CME or Attendance Certificate. Be sure to select the correct link (Physician or Non-Physician).

NOTE: While completing the Overall Evaluation you must enter the credits being claimed to receive a CME Certificate.

Prior to submitting the evaluation, you have the option to print the last two pages to obtain a certificate immediately, (please note that this printed CME certificate is not valid until the CME dept downloads/confirms all data). Otherwise, all certificates will be sent to the email provided while completing the evaluation within 14 business days.
