NRG Oncology Member Information Form

To better understand our membership, NRG Oncology is creating a membership database for information about our members and staff. This allows us to better track our members’ professional roles, institutional affiliations, and overall member composition. The self-reported information our members provide is stored securely and only accessed by authorized NRG Oncology personnel.

We ask all members to participate even if their participation is to elect to opt-out entirely after reporting their name. If you choose to complete the form, it will take less than 3 minutes. Most questions include a “prefer not to answer” option.

More information is available in our Frequently Asked Questions section below.

General Questions

Why are we conducting this survey?

This form helps us build a clearer picture of our membership to help us better understand who participates in our research network. By collecting data on professional roles, practice settings, and demographic information, we can evaluate how well our organizational structure supports member engagement and identify areas for potential growth or improvement. This information is crucial for strategic planning, resource allocation, and assessing the impact of federal and institutional policies on our clinical trials.

What types of questions are included in the form?

We collect details like name, email address, CTEP ID, and institution. Additionally, the form includes questions on professional background, institutional affiliations, practice settings, and basic demographic information.

How long will it take me to complete the form?

There are 15 questions on the form. Please allow approximately 2-3 minutes to complete the entire form.

How is this different from the Climate Survey conducted last year?

The Climate Survey gathered anonymous feedback on the overall environment within our organization. In contrast, the NRG Member Information Form collects identifiable data to create a detailed membership database. This allows us to track trends over time and better understand the makeup of our network. Climate Survey data is not linked to this database.

How do I know if I am a member of NRG?

Members include those rostered at NRG Parent Institutions, NRG Affiliate institutions, satellite sites, fellow/residents of an NRG Institution, NRG Patient Advocates, and NRG Staff Member. Unsure if you are a member and want to find out? Please contact: membership@nrgoncology.org.
