COVID-19 FAQs

NRG Oncology recommends that attendees wear high-quality, surgical masks in indoor public settings. NRG will not require masks inside the Hyatt Regency Chicago under Chicago, Illinois, or federal guidelines. NRG will follow both CDC and local protocols that are in place at the time of the meeting. NRG Oncology will be requiring all attendees, exhibitors, staff, and vendors to attest that they will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by July 20th. View the CDC's current guidelines on vaccination status HERE. Please be aware of your individual institution's travel policies prior to making travel plans.

General safety and wellness measures include but are not limited to:

  • Touchless check-in and badge printing – no on-site registration booths
  • Complimentary masks
  • Hand sanitizing stations
  • Cleaning between sessions
  • Wider Exhibit Hall aisles

Attendees must agree to abide by and engage in appropriate health and safety conduct as specified by NRG Oncology while attending the Event. This includes, but is not limited to not attending the Summer 2022 Meeting if ill or have recently been exposed to COVID-19, providing the required attestation regarding COVID-19 vaccination or testing during registration, adhering to any posted signs and other basic sickness-prevention measures as defined by the CDC. By registering, attendees accept the below COVID-19 Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Compliance Commitment.

I am aware of the inherent risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus involved in attending the in Summer 2022 meeting in Chicago, IL. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. To the extent that I attend the in-person event, I agree to engage in appropriate health and safety conduct as specified by NRG Oncology and to follow all instructions contained in the Attendee Policies. I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 when attending this meeting and WAIVE LIABILITY AGAINST NRG ONCOLOGY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS AND VOLUNTEERS FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGES, OR SUFFERING RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.
