In-Person Attendee NRG Meeting Information

  • Thursday, July 21st from 7:00am-6:00pm CT
  • Friday, July 22nd from 7:00am-5:30pm CT
  • Saturday, July 23rd from 7:00am-12:30pm CT

Attendees will need to register before arriving at the check-in desk. Once you’ve registered, you will be able to log into the attendee hub to access your profile. Enter the meeting through the Grand Ballroom Foyer and you’ll find several contactless check-in kiosks. Use the mobile event app, or Apple Wallet to scan your unique QR code. This will print your badge that serves as a virtual identification card.

IMPORTANT:

Once you pick up your badge during check-in, your attendance will be verified. If you intend to attend sessions for CME/CEU credits, your badge will be required for entry. Visit our CME/CEU Information page for more information and support.

You can access the NRG Meeting Attendee Hub via this link: https://cvent.me/EW5r5o

The Attendee Hub is where you will find session agendas, session information, hotel maps, wifi information, and more. The Attendee Hub will also push notifications for NRG Meeting updates to your phone as they happen!

Are you joining a hybrid session in-person? You can participate in live Q&A segments and polling via your phone. The Meeting App will also be utilized while collecting CME/CEUs. More information on this below.

For all virtual or hybrid attendees accessing a session via the Attendee Hub, be sure to login at least 10 minutes prior to the session start time. You will be instructed to enter a verification code to access the attendee hub which will be sent by email/text OR both.

Please be sure to download the NRG Meeting app for access to the Attendee Hub from the in-person Meeting in Chicago.

The Meeting App

You can download the Meeting App from your phone’s App Store.


Search “CVENT Events” and click download.

The Meeting ID for the App is NRG ONC22.
You only need to use this ID once when entering the App. After that, you will use your login email and will receive a verification code.

Surveys/Evaluation

After you attend your session(s), Go on the Meeting App and click the “Take Survey” icon located at the bottom of the home page of the app OR Surveys can also be found in your personal profile located on bottom toolbar.

These links will direct you to all the session evaluations/surveys available to you for completion.

CMEs/CEUs Certificates

Upon completion of your evaluations/surveys, certificates will be sent to the email you used to register.
