Virtual Attendee NRG Meeting Information

You must be registered for the event to access the Attendee Hub.

Be sure to login at least 10 minutes prior to the session start time. You will be instructed to enter a verification code to access the attendee hub which will be sent by email/text OR both.

Tips for a Smooth Experience:

• A desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection, video, and audio capability is required to attend. Joining via mobile or tablet is not recommended.
• For best viewing experience we recommend the following browsers: Chrome,
  Firefox and Safari.
• Times in the virtual site adjust to your computer; however, some browsers have a separate time zone adjustment.
• Ensure that your computer’s camera, microphone, and sound are enabled for your browser and allow permissions to the Cvent Attendee Hub platform.
• The Zoom meeting app will be used for interactive experiences with sessions and with exhibitors and for appointments. We recommend downloading the latest
  version of Zoom in advance of the event: Zoom Download Center (https://zoom.us/download)

Surveys/Evaluations

Virtual Attendees: After you attend your session(s), click the “Take Survey” icon located at the bottom of the Attendee Hub Home Page OR For some sessions you may see the “Survey” Icon located on the right side of the Attendee Hub. 

These links will direct you to all the session evaluations/surveys available to you for completion.

CMEs/CEUs Certificates

Upon completion of your evaluations/surveys, certificates will be sent to the email you used to register.

If you have issues accessing your certificate or questions about CME/CEUs, please contact: cmeinfo@gog.org. 

If you are a presenter, speaker, or host at a virtual-only Meeting (or virtually presenting at a hybrid session) you will be receiving your Zoom links and login information directly from a member of our Meeting Services team. Please keep a look out for any emails from NRG staff.
