Mary Jo Antonelli Appointed to New Leadership Roles with NRG Oncology Pittsburgh Operations & NSABP Foundation

Mary Jo Antonelli, MBA, MHA, current Director of the Quality Assurance Audit Program for NRG Oncology Statistics and Data Management Center (SDMC), will assume the role of NRG Oncology Pittsburgh Operations Senior Director and NSABP Foundation Chief Operating Officer of Quality and Compliance, effective August 3, 2026.

Mary Jo brings over 20 years of NCI Cooperative Group clinical trials experience to these positions. She began her clinical trials career in 2004 with the NSABP Regulatory Department, transitioned to the SDMC Data Management team in 2005, and later joined NRG Quality Assurance in 2020. Over the course of her career with the SDMC, Mary Jo led both the Data Management Division and the Quality Assurance Division, helping shape the standards and practices that have defined the organization’s commitment to data integrity and excellence. She worked closely with colleagues and site investigators across NRG Oncology to address emerging questions or critical issues with a collaborative, encouraging, and generous approach.

Mary Jo’s wide-ranging experience with NRG and NSABP, coupled with her expertise in regulatory compliance and data management, will further strengthen the overall NRG leadership team.
