FORTE Site Establishment Funding Application

NRG offers a one-time site network start-up fee of $5,000 to enhance recruitment. Sites that document preparation and commitment to the FORTE trial are eligible. The funds are to assist in establishing a clinical referral population and to institute workflows to facilitate recruitment and enrollment. Funding is contingent upon review by the NRG FORTE leadership team. If your site is funded, payment will be issued to the site.

Find the application form on CTSU with the post date of April 3, 2024, under NRG-CC006 – Protocol Related Documents.
