Room Rates and Reservation Instructions:
NRG Oncology has negotiated a special rate for the Semiannual Meeting. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. Hotel room rates are $219 per night for single and double occupancy. The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is June 17, 2014. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. The Hyatt Regency Chicago will sell out quickly so reservations should be made promptly by the cut-off date to secure rooms. Please use this link to make your hotel reservation:

Guestroom Internet access fees will be waived by hotel for all guestrooms in group block.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please try to refrain from making hotel reservations and then canceling after the cut-off date. When this situation occurs, the hotel room block becomes full and NRG Oncology registrants who are definite about attending the meeting may have problems reserving rooms. The hotel does not give the rooms back to NRG Oncology if you cancel after the cut-off date. Therefore, we lose the rooms and NRG Oncology registrants who definitely plan to attend the meeting are forced to other hotels.
