Late Registration: After December 30, 2024 (includes same-day registration information – Attendees will be charged a $50 fee for late registration)

-IMPORTANT- Attendees will need to register before arriving at the check-in desk in order to receive a name badge. To reach the registration desk, enter the West Building on the 300 level (301 A-D Lobbies) of the Phoenix Convention Center. Once registered, you can use our contactless check in kiosks. Enter your first and last name to receive your badge.
Meeting: Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before December 30th less $25 administration fee, if applicable. If you need to cancel, please contact meeting-reg@nrgoncology.org.
Symposium: Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before December 30th, less $50 administration fee, if applicable for the symposium. If you need to cancel, please contact meeting-reg@nrgoncology.org.
