Registration Deadlines

  • Meeting Registration Deadline: January 23rd, 2024
  • Late Registration: After January 23rd, 2024
    • Rates will change on the cutoff date at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time.
    •  Attendees will be charged a $50 fee for late meeting registration, including same-day registration

-IMPORTANT-

Attendees will need to register before arriving at the check-in desk. You may register on your mobile device or pc at any point leading up to and during the meeting. Several contactless badge printing kiosks are available at the check-in desk. Enter your first and last name to retrieve your badge. Please visit the attendee hub & meeting info page for more information. 

 

Registration Fees

Non-Member Early Registration Fee: $400
Non-Member Late/Onsite Registration Fee: $450

Cancellation Policy

  • Meeting: Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before January 24th, less $25 administration fee, if applicable. If you need to cancel, please contact meeting-reg@nrgoncology.org.
  • Symposium: Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before January 24th, less $50 administration fee, if applicable for the symposium . If you need to cancel, please contact meeting-reg@nrgoncology.org.
  • If you need to modify your attendance type (in-person/virtual), please contact meeting-reg@nrgoncology.org.
  • No refunds will be granted after the deadline for failure to attend (in-person/virtual) the meeting or without prior cancellation notice.
  • No refunds will be granted to attendees who register after January 23rd, 2024.
  • You are responsible for cancelling your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
