Virtual Session Information

Can’t join us in San Francisco? We’ve designed a robust virtual experience so you can participate from anywhere. Here you’ll find details on how to access live-streamed sessions, navigate the virtual platform, and make the most of interactive features like Q&A and networking.

For NRG Members: NRG Oncology Members can log in to our website and view the full listing of virtual session links on the Virtual Session Meeting Links page.

For Non-NRG Members: If you are not a member or are unable to login to the NRG website, you can still attend sessions by accessing the Attendee Hub (link coming soon) through CVENT. Registration is required to access the Attendee Hub. 

What is the Attendee Hub?

The Attendee Hub is NRG’s virtual meeting platform, available to all registered attendees. Through the Hub you can:

• Access your list of registered sessions and personal agenda.
• Download sessions as calendar invites to add to your own calendar.
• Use the mobile app (for in-person attendees) to access venue Wi-Fi information, venue maps, and session details.

How to Access the Attendee Hub via Web Browser

Logging into the NRG Oncology Meeting Attendee Hub

1. Click here to access the Attendee Hub. (Link coming soon!)
2. Enter the name and email address you used to register.
3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to you via email and text. (Check your Junk/Spam folder if needed.)
4. Enter the code to log in.

For security, the Hub may log you out due to inactivity. To log back in, repeat the steps above to receive a new verification code. Click here for more detailed instructions.

*Google Chrome is the recommended browser for accessing the Attendee Hub.

Meeting App

The Attendee Hub mobile app offers all the same information in a mobile-optimized format, plus on-site resources for in-person attendees:

• Venue maps
• Session agendas and speaker information
