Registration is required prior to arriving at the check-in desk in order to
receive a name badge.
On-Site Check-In
Badges
can be printed at our
contactless kiosks
in the East Lounge on the Ballroom Level. Simply enter your first and last name
at a kiosk once you’ve registered.

Cancellation Policy
- Meeting: Refunds available if cancellation request is received on or before Friday, January 2, 2026, less a $75 administrative fee.
- Symposium: Refunds available if cancellation request is received on or before Friday, January 2, 2026, less a $75 administrative fee.
- Attendance Type Changes: Contact meeting-reg@nrgoncology.org to switch from virtual to in-person registration.
- No refunds will be issued:
- After Friday, January 2, 2026 for failure to attend (in person or virtual).
- For attendees registering after the deadline.
- Hotel reservations must be canceled directly with the hotel.
