Did you know there is a National Clinical Trials Network trial portfolio available online? A list of NCTN trials organized by disease areas and for adolescent and young adult (AYA) is posted online by CTEP.This list is updated on a regular basis and includes the following areas:

  • Brain
  • Breast
  • Gastrointestinal
  • Genitourinary
  • Gynecological
  • Head and Neck
  • Leukemia
  • Lymphoma
  • Myeloma
  • Sarcoma
  • Skin (Mainly Melanoma)
  • Thoracic
  • Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA)

The active trials are organized to help sites see what studies are available across different spaces. An example provided here is for the Gynecologic disease site. These trials are color-coded by disease sub-type and by disease setting (e.g. Ovarian vs Cervical vs Vaginal and so forth). In addition, each NCTN protocol number on the diagram has an embedded hyperlink to the associated trial’s ClinicalTrials.gov homepage. A list of the trials by number and full title is also available on the following page after the diagram. These portfolios can serve as helpful visual aids for sites and to assist with clinical trial prioritization.
